Spaghetti Sauce

15 # hamburger, browned and drained
2 gallons tomato sauce
4 large size tomato paste
6 large size crushed tomatoes
2 cups brown sugar (or to taste)
1/3 cup each, oregano, Italian seasoning and basil
4 or 5 bay leaves
3 heaping tablespoons minced garlic
2 cups chopped onion

Place all in a large electric cooker and simmer several hours.
I cook my onions in the microwave for a few minutes before adding.
