Cheese Biscuits

2 cups biscuit mix
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Mix and drop by spoonful on lightly greased cookie
sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 450°.
Glaze: Brush 1/4 cup melted butter and 1/2 teaspoon
garlic over warm biscuits.


Cheese Biscuits (my favorite)

1 box Bisquick
2 1/4 cups water
1/2 lb grated, sharp Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 450°. Mix biscuit mix,
water and cheese. Drop by large spoonfuls onto
greased baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Glaze: 1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt or powder
1/2 tbsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

After baking, (while hot) brush on melted butter
with seasoning. Seasoning may be adjusted
to personal taste. I like to add garlic powder
to my biscuit mix. (Makes 25 to 30 biscuits-
amounts vary according to size of biscuits.)
