Mix cake as directed on box, except add applesauce
in place of the oil. Add a small can of drained mandarin
oranges. Stir into mix. Bake as directed on box in an
oblong pan. Cool cake completely before frosting.
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. sugar
1 small can drained, crushed pineapple.
Mix together and frost cake. Put cake in freezer for an
hour or so before serving. Keep any left over cake in
refrigerator.
