Chicken and Dumplings

1 chicken
1 pack of large flour tortillas
1/2 cup flour
broth from cooked chicken

Boil chicken and debone, cut up tortillas in 2 to 3 inch
strips. Put the cut up tortillas in a large zipper bag, or the
original tortilla bag. Shake about 1/2 cup of flour over them.
Close bag and continue to shake. Drop one at a time into
boiling chicken broth. Add chicken, and simmer about 15
minutes.
