Easy Potato Soup
1 (32-oz.) bag frozen hash browns
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (14 oz.) can of chicken broth
3 cups water
1 can cream of celery soup (or mushroom)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk
Salt and Pepper
Combine first 5 ingredients in Dutch oven and
simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in soups, milk, salt
and pepper. Cook 25 to 30 minutes.
