Combine the eggs, margarine, sugar, corn syrup, oats,
salt and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour. I have used another
variation using dark syrup and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl combine eggs,
brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat well. Stir in vanilla
extract and melted butter or margarine. Mix thoroughly. Fold in
oats and coconut. Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool before serving. Top with whipped cream if desired.
