Sausage Casserole

1 lb. sausage
4 to 5 large eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 slices bread, broken into small pieces

Brown sausage and drain well. Beat eggs and
add to sausage. Add milk, cheese, salt, dry
mustard and bread to meat mixture. Mix together
and put in greased Pyrex dish. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
