Most of these recipes, I've used. The others come highly recommended from my friends. I cook mostly lowfat and don't hesitate to adjust recipes to suit my needs. I plan and with good help, cook Wednesday meals for my church. Feel free to try the crowd recipes. It is possible to stretch the recipes to fill the large electric cookers you may be using.
